不銹鋼長管經過探傷后進入后續工序,加工成短管,成品管在交付前還需要最終超聲波探傷。通常情況下,成品管的長度不超過1.5m,此時對不銹鋼管的表面質量要求很高,大型的探傷設備顯然不適用。最適宜的超聲探傷方法應該采用鋼管旋轉,超聲探頭直線移動。不銹鋼短管超聲半自動探傷設備如圖5.14所示。

不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)短(duan)(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)置于水槽(cao)中,采用雙輥(gun)(gun)(gun)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方式,利用摩(mo)擦力帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)高速(su)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。為增(zeng)加摩(mo)擦系(xi)數,雙輥(gun)(gun)(gun)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)包覆橡膠。雙輥(gun)(gun)(gun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)分別采用伺(si)服系(xi)統(tong)作為原動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機,探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)通過滾珠(zhu)絲(si)杠(gang)配(pei)合(he)直線導軌實現。協調好不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)短(duan)(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)的旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)度及(ji)探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)速(su)度,探(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)螺距(ju)不(bu)超過探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)有(you)效探(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)面(mian)(mian)積的80%,滿足(zu)短(duan)(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)全長度檢測,端部不(bu)存在(zai)盲區。不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)短(duan)(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)屬于成(cheng)品(pin)管(guan)(guan),鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)光(guang)潔無(wu)附著物(wu),因此(ci)探(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)設備耦合(he)水可以不(bu)采用循環(huan)水,水槽(cao)內的水每天更(geng)換一次(ci)即可。探(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)時,操作人員手動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)將短(duan)(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)放入水槽(cao)內,雙輥(gun)(gun)(gun)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)高速(su)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),探(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)直線移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),檢測起始與結束位置交替(ti)變化(hua),探(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)完成(cheng)后手動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)取出(chu)。
