美國不銹鋼管廠家成立于1910年,當時共有2套無縫軋管機,由曼氏穿孔機、聯合穿軋機、再加熱爐和精整機組組成。1913年增設張力減徑機,從而在1916~1920年這5年內生產冷拔不銹管坯而獲利甚豐,1920年開始改造,1923年聘用了Foren工程師,1931年接受了Foren建議開始制造并制成21機架軋管機,1932年投人試生產到1933年正式生產運行,1936年又對冷拔車間進行改造,1940年后轉向專業生產無縫不銹鋼(gang)管。
福倫(Foren)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)是連續(xu)(xu)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)發展過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)重要的(de)中間軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji),是在美國進行正式生產的(de)第(di)一(yi)(yi)臺連續(xu)(xu)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji),機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)X形,長芯(xin)棒插人穿孔坯與管(guan)子(zi)一(yi)(yi)起通(tong)過(guo)全部(bu)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia),即將穿孔延伸成管(guan)子(zi)。福倫軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)共(gong)有(you)21個(ge)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia),由(you)可(ke)變(bian)速的(de)電機(ji)(ji)單(dan)驅動,按原設計,延伸率可(ke)高達7。
對連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)發展(zhan)來說,福(fu)倫軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)意義在(zai)于:采(cai)用直流電機(ji)(ji)(ji)單獨傳動(dong)以代替(ti)組傳動(dong),為連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)進(jin)一(yi)步發展(zhan)奠定了新的(de)(de)基礎,由(you)此連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)入(ru)了一(yi)個新階(jie)段,人們把福(fu)倫軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)稱為第二代連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。
從連軋(ya)管機發展的全過程來(lai)看(kan),福(fu)倫(lun)軋(ya)機是美國的第4臺連軋(ya)管機,世(shi)界范圍(wei)內的第11臺軋(ya)管機,可參見表(biao)12-1所示。

1. Gary 不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管廠連軋(ya)管機組
第(di)二次世界大(da)戰后,Gary 不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)無縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)設備一(yi)直(zhi)閑置(zhi)不用(yong)(yong)。后來(lai)該廠(chang)利(li)用(yong)(yong)停產(chan)這一(yi)時機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),對1套軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)進(jin)行了(le)改(gai)造,安(an)裝了(le)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),并配以(yi)(yi)(yi)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)張力減(jian)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),這一(yi)新(xin)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)采用(yong)(yong)了(le)和Lorain鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠(chang)進(jin)行試驗的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相同(tong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)許多新(xin)工(gong)藝(yi)。在平面布置(zhi)上也包括(kuo)了(le)三輥軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。根(gen)據當時的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)報告,張力減(jian)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)尚未以(yi)(yi)(yi)全(quan)效(xiao)率軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),但已表明了(le)它是(shi)能以(yi)(yi)(yi)低成(cheng)本生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)質(zhi)量好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu),配置(zhi)這一(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)或類似機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)是(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)小口徑(jing)熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)無縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最佳(jia)工(gong)藝(yi)。以(yi)(yi)(yi)全(quan)效(xiao)率運行時,從張減(jian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)速度(du)可達549m/min.Gary 廠(chang)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)于1950年1月投產(chan),和三輥軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)并聯布置(zhi),生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)外徑(jing)為25~89mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),薄(bo)壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長(chang)度(du)為13.7m,厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長(chang)度(du)為7.6m,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中所設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)一(yi)般(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)曼內斯曼穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),根(gen)據所軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)規格的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同(tong),穿孔坯可以(yi)(yi)(yi)送(song)到(dao)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上,也可以(yi)(yi)(yi)送(song)到(dao)三輥軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上進(jin)行軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)。連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為8機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架,脫棒后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)經(jing)(jing)加熱送(song)張力減(jian)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)減(jian)徑(jing),張力減(jian)徑(jing)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)經(jing)(jing)冷床冷卻(que),然后用(yong)(yong)多臺冷鋸鋸成(cheng)定(ding)尺(chi)長(chang)度(du),并送(song)去進(jin)行成(cheng)品精(jing)整。
2. Lorain 不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)廠(chang)連軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)機組
近(jin)代連(lian)續軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)技(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展是從1949年(nian)美國Lorain不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)廠連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)投產(chan)開始的(de)(de)(de),Lorain 廠的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組采用(yong)ф140mm規格的(de)(de)(de)圓管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)來生產(chan)ф51~102mm的(de)(de)(de)水煤氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)、油管(guan)(guan)(guan)和鍋爐管(guan)(guan)(guan),生產(chan)能力為(wei)(wei)(wei)1.8萬V月。管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)經加熱、定(ding)心后(hou)去穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji),穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)由1臺(tai)3310kW,225r/min,13800V的(de)(de)(de)同步電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)傳動,減速(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)比為(wei)(wei)(wei)2.25,軋(ya)輥直徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)1070mm,輥身長610mm,喂入角固(gu)定(ding)為(wei)(wei)(wei)10°,軋(ya)輥線速(su)度約5.63m/s.ф146mm 穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)出口速(su)度為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.915m/s.穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)過程(cheng)完畢(bi)后(hou),頂桿從穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)中抽出,隨即穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)被(bei)拔出,滾到(dao)定(ding)位輥道上,在(zai)這里穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)被(bei)移送到(dao)與(yu)連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)入口端相距(ju)一定(ding)距(ju)離為(wei)(wei)(wei)止。此時,穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)被(bei)拔到(dao)穿(chuan)芯棒輥道上,在(zai)此1根約19.2m長的(de)(de)(de)經過涂油的(de)(de)(de)芯棒插(cha)入穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi),然后(hou)開始連(lian)軋(ya)過程(cheng),芯棒用(yong)低合金鋼制(zhi)造,每根芯棒可(ke)用(yong)2000~2500次,然后(hou)重車后(hou)再用(yong)。
連續軋(ya)管機為(wei)9機架,機架中心(xin)距為(wei)1120mm.每個機架裝有兩個直徑為(wei)660mm、輥身(shen)長228mm的軋(ya)輥,總容量為(wei)6250kW,由變流機組供電(dian)。
在(zai)連(lian)續軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)上,穿(chuan)孔坯在(zai)芯棒(bang)(bang)上進行軋(ya)(ya)制;頭(tou)兩個機(ji)架(jia)對(dui)穿(chuan)孔坯減徑,使其(qi)內表(biao)面同芯棒(bang)(bang)相(xiang)接(jie)觸,在(zai)第(di)34機(ji)架(jia)中(zhong)得到較大的減壁(bi)量(liang);在(zai)第(di)5、6機(ji)架(jia)中(zhong),管壁(bi)繼續減薄,但減壁(bi)量(liang)微小些;第(di)7、8機(ji)架(jia)是輾光機(ji)架(jia);而第(di)9機(ji)架(jia)則將(jiang)橢圓(yuan)形(xing)的毛(mao)管軋(ya)(ya)圓(yuan)以(yi)便脫棒(bang)(bang)。
從(cong)連(lian)續(xu)軋管(guan)(guan)(guan)軋中軋出來以后,帶(dai)芯棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)被(bei)(bei)橫(heng)移到脫(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)機(ji)上。脫(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)機(ji)的(de)(de)輥道(dao)是傳動的(de)(de),它可以將鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)往回送,直到芯棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)尾端被(bei)(bei)脫(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)機(ji)的(de)(de)卡爪卡住,將芯棒(bang)(bang)抽出來,抽出來的(de)(de)芯棒(bang)(bang)經(jing)輥道(dao)和臺架(jia)返(fan)回連(lian)軋管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)前進行(xing)冷卻、涂油(you)以便再使用。鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)經(jing)再加熱后送到12架(jia)定徑機(ji)或12架(jia)減徑機(ji),軋制(zhi)成(cheng)熱軋成(cheng)品管(guan)(guan)(guan)。
美國不(bu)(bu)銹鋼管(guan)廠家(jia)的張力減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)為(wei)二輥(gun)(gun)式,12機(ji)架,機(ji)架中心距為(wei)368mm,每個機(ji)架由(you)1臺147kW,850~1700r/min的直流電(dian)機(ji)傳動,軋輥(gun)(gun)直徑(jing)(jing)為(wei)355mm,輥(gun)(gun)身長(chang)(chang)度為(wei)178mm,軋輥(gun)(gun)材質(zhi)為(wei)合金鑄鐵,下(xia)輥(gun)(gun)不(bu)(bu)可調。張力減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)的出口速度為(wei)3.7~7.4m/s,每架的減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)(jing)量為(wei)10%~12%,減(jian)(jian)壁量可達20%.由(you)于張減(jian)(jian)時可以控制壁厚,所(suo)以用一種(zhong)直徑(jing)(jing)的管(guan)子(zi)就可以得到多種(zhong)尺(chi)寸(cun)的成(cheng)品(pin)不(bu)(bu)銹鋼管(guan),減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)(jing)后鋼管(guan)外徑(jing)(jing)范圍為(wei)50.8~76.2mm,最(zui)大長(chang)(chang)度可達43.3m。
