強化(hua)技術(shu)(shu)創(chuang)新(xin),“提檔加速”進(jin)軍高端(duan)產品市場(chang)。在(zai)引進(jin)和(he)消化(hua)吸收國外先(xian)進(jin)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產裝(zhuang)備和(he)技術(shu)(shu)的基礎上,衡鋼(gang)(gang)插上科(ke)技創(chuang)新(xin)的“翅膀”,開始在(zai)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)制(zhi)造的領域啟航并騰飛。從1987年(nian)到(dao)1997年(nian),衡鋼(gang)(gang)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)大小130余項技術(shu)(shu)改造和(he)700余項技術(shu)(shu)改進(jin),完成重(zhong)大科(ke)研項目38個,新(xin)技術(shu)(shu)推廣14個,其中5項技術(shu)(shu)獲(huo)國家專利、6項獲(huo)省冶金系統科(ke)技進(jin)步(bu)獎、10項處于國內領先(xian)地位。其中,企(qi)業自行(xing)設計的ф108mm三(san)輥(gun)高精度熱軋無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)組有(you)效填補(bu)了(le)中厚壁鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產的空白(bai),引進(jin)消化(hua)吸收的Φ89mm半浮芯棒連軋管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)組使企(qi)業在(zai)高壓鍋爐管(guan)(guan)(guan)、油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)市場(chang)上搶占先(xian)機(ji)(ji)。
2003年,衡鋼拉開(kai)二(er)次創業(ye)的(de)序幕,進入(ru)新一(yi)輪大技改(gai)時期,相繼建成了(le)(le)二(er)連軋項目(mu)、大管(guan)(guan)坯項目(mu)、套管(guan)(guan)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)生產線等一(yi)大批(pi)管(guan)(guan)國家、省(sheng)市重點工(gong)(gong)程。2007年,圍(wei)繞“十一(yi)五”發展規劃(hua),實施了(le)(le)ф108mm機組(zu)改(gai)造,啟動(dong)了(le)(le)特大口徑軋機、煉鐵系統建設。2000年至(zhi)2007年,衡鋼開(kai)發油(you)田用管(guan)(guan)新鋼種35個(ge),擁有自(zi)(zi)主知(zhi)識(shi)產權的(de)經濟型油(you)氣(qi)用管(guan)(guan)HS系列用鋼種6個(ge),自(zi)(zi)主開(kai)發的(de)HSM特殊扣申請了(le)(le)專利。
