1. 延遲焦化裝置工(gong)藝流程簡介
焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)是以渣油(you)(you)(you)等重質油(you)(you)(you)為原料,在(zai)高溫(wen)(500~550℃)下進行深度(du)熱裂化(hua)(hua)反應的(de)(de)(de)(de)一種熱加工(gong)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)。在(zai)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)技術(shu)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中,曾(ceng)經出現過(guo)(guo)多種工(gong)業(ye)形式,其中一些已經被淘汰,目前主(zhu)要存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)業(ye)形式是延(yan)(yan)(yan)遲(chi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)、流化(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)和(he)靈活焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)。世界(jie)上(shang)85%以上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)處理都屬延(yan)(yan)(yan)遲(chi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)類(lei)型,只有(you)少(shao)數國家(如美國)的(de)(de)(de)(de)部分煉油(you)(you)(you)廠采用(yong)流化(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)和(he)靈活焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)。流化(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)是20世紀(ji)50年代開發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)技術(shu),與延(yan)(yan)(yan)遲(chi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)藝(yi)相比(bi),具有(you)反應溫(wen)度(du)高,液體(ti)(ti)收率(lv)高、焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)炭(tan)及氣體(ti)(ti)收率(lv)較(jiao)低(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)優點。流化(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)從(cong)20世紀(ji)70年代后很少(shao)建(jian)設。靈活焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)是在(zai)流化(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)基礎上(shang)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de),它是由渣油(you)(you)(you)流化(hua)(hua)床焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)與焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)炭(tan)汽(qi)化(hua)(hua)組成的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯合工(gong)藝(yi)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)。
國外延遲焦化技(ji)(ji)(ji)術以美國為(wei)代表,比較成熟的有凱洛(luo)格(ge)(KKellogg.g)公(gong)司、魯(lu)姆斯(si)(si)(ABB Lummus Grest)公(gong)司、大陸(Conoco)石油公(gong)司和福斯(si)(si)特·惠勒(Foster Wheeler)公(gong)司的技(ji)(ji)(ji)術,從近幾年設計的延遲焦化裝(zhuang)置的套(tao)數、液(ye)體(ti)產品收(shou)率(lv)和公(gong)用工(gong)程(cheng)消耗等(deng)方面來看,福斯(si)(si)特·惠勒公(gong)司的技(ji)(ji)(ji)術占有一定的優勢。
焦(jiao)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)藝是(shi)重要的渣油熱(re)加工(gong)過程,包括延遲焦(jiao)化(hua)(hua)、流(liu)化(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)化(hua)(hua)、靈(ling)活焦(jiao)化(hua)(hua)等多種工(gong)藝過程,如(ru)圖5-144所示。
