用管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)原油(you)(you)(you)(you)、成品(pin)(pin)油(you)(you)(you)(you)和(he)液(ye)化石油(you)(you)(you)(you)氣的(de)建設工(gong)程。一般包括(kuo)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)、輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)及(ji)(ji)輔助設施等(deng)工(gong)程內容。輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)系統(tong)是(shi)各類(lei)型輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)及(ji)(ji)有(you)(you)關(guan)設施的(de)統(tong)稱(cheng)。輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)工(gong)程中各類(lei)工(gong)藝站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)的(de)統(tong)稱(cheng)。首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)起點(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。中間站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間設有(you)(you)的(de)各類(lei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)的(de)統(tong)稱(cheng)。分輸(shu)(shu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)沿線,為分輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)品(pin)(pin)至用戶而設置(zhi)的(de)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)。中間加熱站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間以加熱設施為主的(de)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)終點(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
(1)輸(shu)(shu)油管道工程設(she)計(ji)計(ji)算輸(shu)(shu)油量(liang)(liang)時,年工作天數應按350天計(ji)算。應按設(she)計(ji)委托(tuo)書或設(she)計(ji)合(he)同規定(ding)的輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(年輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)、月輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)、日輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang))作為設(she)計(ji)輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)。設(she)計(ji)最小輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)應符(fu)合(he)經(jing)濟(ji)及安全(quan)輸(shu)(shu)送條件。
(2)輸(shu)油管(guan)道設計宜(yi)采(cai)(cai)用密閉輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)。若采(cai)(cai)用其(qi)他(ta)輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi),應進行(xing)技術經(jing)濟(ji)論證,并說明其(qi)可行(xing)性。當管(guan)輸(shu)多種油品時,宜(yi)采(cai)(cai)用順(shun)序輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)。若采(cai)(cai)用專(zhuan)管(guan)專(zhuan)用輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi),應進行(xing)技術經(jing)濟(ji)論證。
(3)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)管道系統輸(shu)(shu)送工藝方(fang)案應依據設計內壓力、管道管型及鋼種等(deng)級、管徑、壁(bi)厚、輸(shu)(shu)送方(fang)式、輸(shu)(shu)油(you)站數(shu)、順序輸(shu)(shu)送油(you)品批次等(deng),以多個組合方(fang)案進(jin)行(xing)比選,確定最佳輸(shu)(shu)油(you)工藝方(fang)案。
(4)管(guan)輸(shu)原油(you)質量應符合國家(jia)現行(xing)標(biao)準(zhun)SY/T 7513的規定(ding)(ding);管(guan)輸(shu)液態液化石(shi)油(you)氣的質量應符合現行(xing)國家(jia)標(biao)準(zhun)GB 9052.1或GB11174的規定(ding)(ding);管(guan)輸(shu)其他成品油(you)質量應符合國家(jia)現行(xing)產品標(biao)準(zhun)。
(5)輸(shu)油(you)管道系統輸(shu)送(song)工藝總流(liu)程圖應標注(zhu)(zhu)首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、中(zhong)間(jian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的輸(shu)油(you)量,進出站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)壓力及油(you)溫(wen)等主要工藝參數(shu)。并(bing)注(zhu)(zhu)明線路(lu)截斷(duan)閥、大型穿跨越、各站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)間(jian)及里程、高程(注(zhu)(zhu)明是否有翻越點)。
(6)輸(shu)油管道(dao)系(xi)統(tong)輸(shu)送工藝(yi)設計應包(bao)括水(shui)力(li)和(he)熱力(li)計算,并進(jin)行穩態(tai)(tai)和(he)瞬態(tai)(tai)水(shui)力(li)分(fen)析,提出輸(shu)油管道(dao)在密閉輸(shu)送中瞬變流動(dong)過程(cheng)的(de)控制(zhi)方法。
(7)輸油管道(dao)的(de)設(she)計應符合現(xian)行國家(jia)標(biao)準GB50253的(de)規定,其穿(chuan)跨越工程設(she)計應符合國家(jia)現(xian)行標(biao)準 SY/T 0015.1 SY/T 0015.2的(de)有關規定。
(8)原油(you)管道、成品油(you)管道和液(ye)態液(ye)化石油(you)氣(qi)(LPG)管道系(xi)統輸送工(gong)藝的計(ji)(ji)算及成品.油(you)順序輸送混油(you)段長度計(ji)(ji)算應按現行(xing)國家標準GB 50253有關規定計(ji)(ji)算。埋地的(de)原油(you)輸送管(guan)道的(de)沿線溫降(jiang)應按現行國家標準GB 50253有關規定(ding)計(ji)算(suan)。
(9)原(yuan)油(you)管道輸送要求(qiu):
根(gen)據被輸送(song)原油的物(wu)理化學性(xing)(xing)質及(ji)其(qi)流(liu)變(bian)性(xing)(xing),通過優化比(bi)選,選擇(ze)最佳(jia)輸送(song)方式;
加熱輸送的埋地原油(you)管道,優選加熱溫度;管道是否需保溫,進行管道保溫與不保溫的技(ji)術經濟比較(jiao),確定合理方案(an)。
(10)成品油管(guan)道輸送要(yao)求:
按(an)設計委托書或設計合同規定的(de)成(cheng)品(pin)(pin)油輸(shu)量、品(pin)(pin)種與各品(pin)(pin)種的(de)比(bi)例(li),以及(ji)分輸(shu)、輸(shu)入(ru)數(shu)量,進行成(cheng)品(pin)(pin)油管道系(xi)統輸(shu)送工藝設計;
輸送(song)多品種成品油時,宜(yi)采用(yong)單管順序輸送(song)。油品批量輸送(song)的排列順序,將(jiang)油品性質相近的緊鄰排列;
成品油順序輸送管道,在輸油站間不宜設置副管;
在順序輸(shu)送高黏度成品(pin)油(如重油)時宜(yi)使用隔離(li)裝置(zhi);
多品種成品油順序輸送管道,采用連續輸送方(fang)式;當采用間(jian)歇輸送時,應采取措施以減少混油量;
采用旁接油(you)(you)(you)罐輸送(song)工(gong)藝,當多種油(you)(you)(you)品順序輸送(song)混油(you)(you)(you)界面(mian)通過(guo)泵(beng)(beng)站時(shi),應切換成泵(beng)(beng)到泵(beng)(beng)輸送(song)工(gong)藝;
根據油罐(guan)區的(de)建設(she)和營運費用與混油貶(bian)值造成(cheng)的(de)費用損失兩個方面進行綜合比較后,確定最佳循環次數(shu)。
(11)液(ye)態液(ye)化石油氣(LPG)管道輸(shu)送要求(qiu):
按(an)設(she)計(ji)(ji)委托書或設(she)計(ji)(ji)合同(tong)規定的液(ye)態液(ye)化(hua)石(shi)油(you)(you)氣(qi)輸量(liang)、組分與各組分的比例(li),進行液(ye)態液(ye)化(hua)石(shi)油(you)(you)氣(qi)管道(dao)系統(tong)輸送工藝設(she)計(ji)(ji);
液態液化石(shi)油(you)氣在(zai)管道中輸送時(shi),沿(yan)(yan)線任何(he)一點的(de)(de)壓(ya)力都(dou)必須高于輸送溫度下液化石(shi)油(you)氣的(de)(de)飽和(he)蒸(zheng)氣壓(ya)。沿(yan)(yan)線各中間站的(de)(de)進站壓(ya)力應(ying)比同(tong)溫度下液化石(shi)油(you)氣的(de)(de)飽和(he)蒸(zheng)氣壓(ya)力高1.0MPa,末(mo)站進儲(chu)罐前的(de)(de)壓(ya)力應(ying)比同(tong)溫度下液化石(shi)油(you)氣的(de)(de)飽和(he)蒸(zheng)氣壓(ya)力高0.5MPa。
液態液化石油氣在(zai)管(guan)道內的平均流速,應經技術經濟比較后確(que)定,但(dan)要注意(yi)因(yin)管(guan)內摩阻升溫而需另(ling)行冷(leng)卻(que)的能(neng)耗,可取(qu)0.8~1.4m/s,但(dan)最大(da)不應超(chao)過3m/s。
