二氧化碳液態低溫容器槽車,是由外容器和內容器組成。內容器材質為1Cr18Ni9Ti 不銹鋼,壁厚16mm。內容器外形尺寸:直徑?1600mm,長為5786mm,容積為11mm3。除進行外觀目視檢查外,還必須對焊縫進行100%的滲透檢測和100%的射線檢測。內容器還要進行2.88MPa干燥無油壓縮空氣試驗和氨質譜真空檢漏,漏氣率不大于2×10-5Pa·L/s。焊接工藝:所有縱焊縫和環焊縫(除一端封頭與筒體環焊縫外)均采用埋弧焊,焊機型號為MZ-1000型,采用直流反極性電源。焊絲牌號為H0Cr20Ni10Ti.直徑為4mm,焊劑為HJ260。
1. 縱縫埋弧焊
鋼板放在刨(bao)(bao)邊機上按圖4-53進行坡(po)口加(jia)工,待焊(han)(han)鋼板放在門式焊(han)(han)接夾具上進行裝(zhuang)配,待焊(han)(han)處清(qing)除(chu)油污后進行焊(han)(han)接,焊(han)(han)接參數見表4-58。焊(han)(han)好第(di)1、2層焊(han)(han)縫后進行清(qing)根,先用碳(tan)弧氣刨(bao)(bao),然(ran)后用風(feng)動(dong)砂輪清(qing)理(li)打磨出金屬光澤,并保證清(qing)根后凹槽(cao)尺寸均(jun)勻一致(zhi),然(ran)后焊(han)(han)接第(di)3層焊(han)(han)縫。

2. 環縫埋弧焊
環(huan)(huan)縫(feng)埋(mai)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接包括筒(tong)節(jie)與筒(tong)節(jie)和筒(tong)節(jie)與一端封頭(tou)的環(huan)(huan)縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接。將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)好(hao)的筒(tong)節(jie)、封頭(tou)放在(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接滾(gun)輪架(見(jian)圖4-14)上進行(xing)裝配,用焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)進行(xing)定位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),在(zai)平臺式焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接操作(zuo)機(見(jian)圖4-15)上進行(xing)環(huan)(huan)縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接,先焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)內焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(第(di)1、2層),然后按縱縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)工藝進行(xing)清根,再(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)第(di)3層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接參(can)數可參(can)考表(biao)4-63。

上(shang)述縱、環焊(han)縫焊(han)接完畢,先進(jin)行(xing)(xing)目視(shi)檢(jian)查,然后(hou)(hou)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)100%滲透檢(jian)測,排除焊(han)縫表面(mian)缺陷后(hou)(hou)、再進(jin)行(xing)(xing)100%射線檢(jian)測、焊(han)縫內部質量(liang),達(da)到JB4730-94I級片合格(ge)后(hou)(hou)才能進(jin)行(xing)(xing)下面(mian)的工序(xu)。
3. 另一封(feng)頭與筒(tong)體焊(han)接
容(rong)器(qi)沒有人孔裝置(zhi),焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)設備和(he)(he)人員無法進(jin)入容(rong)器(qi)內操作(zuo)。采(cai)用(yong)的(de)坡口形(xing)式和(he)(he)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)順序如圖4-54所示。先用(yong)鎢極(ji)氬弧焊(han)(han)(han)進(jin)行(xing)打底焊(han)(han)(han),保證焊(han)(han)(han)透,第2層焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)采(cai)用(yong)焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)電弧焊(han)(han)(han),其目的(de)是增加焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)金屬厚度,防止埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)時由于熔深過深而將打底焊(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)穿。第3層環(huan)(huan)形(xing)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)完(wan)成。各層焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)參數(shu)見表4-64。焊(han)(han)(han)后將環(huan)(huan)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)進(jin)行(xing)滲透檢(jian)測和(he)(he)射(she)線(xian)檢(jian)測,合(he)格后再進(jin)行(xing)無油干燥氣(qi)壓試驗(yan)和(he)(he)氦質譜真(zhen)空檢(jian)漏。全部滿足圖樣技術性能(neng)要求后才(cai)能(neng)與外容(rong)器(qi)進(jin)行(xing)組裝。
