材料成分為(wei)1Cr18Ni9Ti的(de)大體(ti)積(ji)零件,在(zai)機械加(jia)工(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)部分孔(kong)(kong)徑超(chao)差,單邊超(chao)差多的(de)有(you)60μm,少的(de)有(you)15μm,通(tong)孔(kong)(kong)直徑?9mm、Φ6mm,孔(kong)(kong)深60mm,盲孔(kong)(kong)直徑?4mm,孔(kong)(kong)深25mm,對超(chao)差孔(kong)(kong)用(yong)刷鍍方法修復好,而且結(jie)合力良好。
2. 工藝(yi)流程

3. 刷(shua)鍍工藝要點
①. 用金(jin)相砂紙,油石(shi)等認真修整(zheng)刷鍍面(mian),除去飛邊、毛刺等。
②. 認真搞好前處理,各(ge)工序(xu)間(jian)徹(che)底清洗,以保(bao)證結合(he)力。
③. 工(gong)作電過高、過低都會影響鍍(du)層性能,電壓高低與相對運(yun)動(dong)速率快慢(man)、鍍(du)復面(mian)積大(da)小(xiao)呈正(zheng)比。
④. 工件與鍍(du)筆之(zhi)間(jian),即陰陽(yang)極相對運動(dong)速率(lv)要適(shi)當,太慢會(hui)燒傷鍍(du)層,太快(kuai)會(hui)降低電流效(xiao)率(lv)及沉積速率(lv)。
⑤. 盡量(liang)縮短工序之(zhi)同(tong)的(de)間隔,被刷鍍(du)面要始終保持濕(shi)潤狀態,以免鈍化(hua),要不斷補充鍍(du)液,保證金(jin)屬離子濃度,提(ti)高沉(chen)積速率。
⑥. 控制好(hao)陰陽極面積比 ,刷鍍孔(kong)時最好使用三(san)角形陽極或三(san)根細陽極并在一起使用,便于(yu)浮液下滲。陽極與孔(kong)內(nei)表面接(jie)觸面積要均勻一致,即接(jie)觸概率要均等,以免形成錐(zhui)形孔(kong)或橢(tuo)圓孔(kong)。
⑦. 由于不銹鋼導電及導熱(re)性能(neng)差(cha),在刷(shua)鍍(du)過(guo)程中(zhong),刷(shua)鍍(du)表(biao)面會(hui)因(yin)溫(wen)度(du)(du)升高而發生熱(re)膨(peng)脹,所以鍍(du)層的有(you)效(xiao)厚度(du)(du)要(yao)比最大厚度(du)(du)多幾微(wei)米。
⑧. 要(yao)準確控(kong)制(zhi)鍍液pH,調整要(yao)及時。
⑨. 刷(shua)鍍(du)(du)溶液的配制要采用(yong)化(hua)學(xue)純(chun)或電鍍(du)(du)級(ji)原料(liao)。
4. 刷鍍層質(zhi)量要(yao)求
①. 刷鍍層結晶細致(zhi),光(guang)滑。
②. 與基體(ti)結合(he)良好。
③. 孔徑上下尺(chi)寸一致。
④. 刷鍍(du)層經(jing)高速磨削修整(zheng)后(hou)不起(qi)皮、脫落。
⑤. 刷鍍的零件放(fang)在爐子中,加熱(re)到200℃,保溫2小時后浸(jin)水不鼓(gu)泡。
