2021年5月5日(ri)，歐(ou)(ou)盟(meng)委員(yuan)(yuan)會發(fa)布公(gong)告稱，原產(chan)于或進口自中國臺灣地區(qu)的(de)鋼鐵管對焊件（Certain Stainless Steel Tube and Pipe Butt-welding Fittings, whether or not finished）反傾銷(xiao)(xiao)措(cuo)施即將于2022年1月28日(ri)到期。歐(ou)(ou)盟(meng)成員(yuan)(yuan)國企業可在(zai)自本(ben)公(gong)告發(fa)布之(zhi)日(ri)起至上述(shu)到期日(ri)3個月前的(de)時間內向歐(ou)(ou)盟(meng)委員(yuan)(yuan)會提(ti)交(jiao)本(ben)案反傾銷(xiao)(xiao)日(ri)落復審書面申(shen)請。涉案產(chan)品歐(ou)(ou)盟(meng)CN（Combined Nomenclature）編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)為ex 7307 23 10和(he)ex 7307 23 90；歐(ou)(ou)盟(meng)TARIC編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)為7307 23 10 15、7307 23 10 25、7307 23 90 15和(he)7307 23 90 25。

2015年10月29日，應歐(ou)盟(meng)(meng)不銹鋼對(dui)焊件工業保護委員會（Defence Committee of the Stainless Steel Butt-welding Fittings Industry ofthe European Union）代表歐(ou)盟(meng)(meng)37%~48%的(de)鋼鐵(tie)管(guan)對(dui)焊件生(sheng)產商于2015年9月14日提交(jiao)的(de)申請，歐(ou)盟(meng)(meng)委員會對(dui)中國大陸(lu)和中國臺(tai)灣地區的(de)鋼鐵(tie)管(guan)對(dui)焊件發(fa)起反(fan)傾銷(xiao)立(li)案(an)調查。2017年1月27日，歐(ou)盟(meng)(meng)委員會發(fa)布(bu)公告，對(dui)原產于中國大陸(lu)和中國臺(tai)灣地區的(de)鋼鐵(tie)管(guan)對(dui)焊件作出反(fan)傾銷(xiao)終(zhong)裁。
