1. 晶粒(crystalline grain)、晶界(grain boundary)


  組成金屬(shu)材(cai)料的小晶體,稱為(wei)晶粒(li)。晶粒(li)與晶粒(li)之間的分(fen)界面,稱為(wei)晶界。


2. 相(phase)、相界(phase boundary)


  在(zai)金屬(shu)或合(he)金中,凡成(cheng)分相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同、結構相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同并有界(jie)面(mian)互相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)隔開的均(jun)勻(yun)組成(cheng)部分,稱為相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)之間的界(jie)面(mian),稱為相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)界(jie)。


3. 固溶體(ti)(solid solution)


  組成合金(jin)的(de)(de)一種金(jin)屬元(yuan)素的(de)(de)晶體中溶有另一種元(yuan)素的(de)(de)原子形成的(de)(de)固(gu)態相,稱為固(gu)溶體。固(gu)溶體一般有較高的(de)(de)強度、良好的(de)(de)塑性(xing)、耐(nai)蝕性(xing)以(yi)及高的(de)(de)電阻和磁(ci)性(xing)。


  按溶質原子(zi)在晶格(ge)中的位置不同(tong)可(ke)分為置換固溶體(ti)和間隙固溶體(ti)。


    ①. 置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti):溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)質原子占(zhan)據溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)劑晶格中(zhong)的(de)結點位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)而形(xing)成的(de)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti)稱置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti)。當溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)劑和溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)質原子直徑相差不大,一般在15%以內時,易于形(xing)成置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti)。銅鎳(nie)二元合金即形(xing)成置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti),鎳(nie)原子可(ke)在銅晶格的(de)任意位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)替(ti)代銅原子。


    ②. 間(jian)隙(xi)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)體:溶(rong)(rong)(rong)質原子分(fen)布于(yu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)晶格間(jian)隙(xi)而形(xing)成的(de)(de)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)體稱間(jian)隙(xi)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)體。間(jian)隙(xi)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)體的(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)是直徑(jing)(jing)較大(da)的(de)(de)過渡族金(jin)屬,而溶(rong)(rong)(rong)質是直徑(jing)(jing)很(hen)小(xiao)的(de)(de)碳、氫等非金(jin)屬元素(su)。其形(xing)成條件是溶(rong)(rong)(rong)質原子與溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)原子直徑(jing)(jing)之比必須小(xiao)于(yu)0.59。如鐵碳合金(jin)中,鐵和(he)碳所形(xing)成的(de)(de)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)體-鐵素(su)體和(he)奧氏體,皆(jie)為間(jian)隙(xi)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)體。


  按固(gu)溶(rong)度(du)來分類,可分為有限固(gu)溶(rong)體和(he)無(wu)限固(gu)溶(rong)體。無(wu)限固(gu)溶(rong)體只(zhi)可能是(shi)置換(huan)固(gu)溶(rong)體。


  按溶質原子(zi)與溶劑原子(zi)的相對分(fen)布來分(fen),可分(fen)為無序(xu)(xu)固溶體和有序(xu)(xu)固溶體。


4. 金(jin)屬化合物(metal compounds)


  合金(jin)(jin)(jin)中不同元素(su)的(de)(de)原子相互作(zuo)用形成(cheng)的(de)(de)、晶格類型和性能都完全(quan)不同于(yu)其組成(cheng)元素(su)的(de)(de),具有金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)特(te)性的(de)(de)固態相,稱(cheng)為金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)化(hua)合物(wu)。金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)化(hua)合物(wu)多數具有熔(rong)點(dian)高(gao)、硬而脆的(de)(de)特(te)點(dian),是合金(jin)(jin)(jin)中很重要的(de)(de)強化(hua)相。
