管殼式換熱器(qi)又稱(cheng)列管式換熱器(qi)。是(shi)以封閉在殼體(ti)中管束的(de)(de)壁面(mian)作(zuo)為傳熱面(mian)的(de)(de)間壁式換熱器(qi)。這種換熱器(qi)結構較(jiao)簡(jian)單(dan),操作(zuo)可靠,可用(yong)各(ge)種結構材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(主(zhu)要是(shi)金屬材(cai)料(liao)(liao))制造,能在高溫、高壓下使用(yong),是(shi)目前應(ying)用(yong)最(zui)廣的(de)(de)類型。


  管(guan)(guan)殼(ke)(ke)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)由(you)殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)、傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)(shu)、管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)、折流(liu)(liu)板(ban)(ban)(擋板(ban)(ban))和(he)管(guan)(guan)箱等部件組成(cheng)。殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)多為圓筒形(xing),內(nei)部裝有管(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)(shu),管(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)(shu)兩端固定(ding)(ding)在(zai)管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)上,而管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)又與外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)連接在(zai)一(yi)起。進行換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)冷、熱(re)(re)(re)兩種(zhong)(zhong)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti),一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)管(guan)(guan)內(nei)流(liu)(liu)動,稱(cheng)為管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti);另一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)管(guan)(guan)外(wai)流(liu)(liu)動,稱(cheng)為殼(ke)(ke)程(cheng)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)。為提高管(guan)(guan)外(wai)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)的(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)膜系數,通(tong)常在(zai)殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)安裝若干(gan)擋板(ban)(ban)。擋板(ban)(ban)可(ke)提高殼(ke)(ke)程(cheng)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)速度,迫使流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)按(an)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)路程(cheng)多次橫向(xiang)通(tong)過(guo)管(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)(shu),增強(qiang)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)湍流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)度。圖7.2(a)為最簡單(dan)的(de)單(dan)殼(ke)(ke)程(cheng)單(dan)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)。管(guan)(guan)殼(ke)(ke)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)按(an)結構特點分為固定(ding)(ding)管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)、浮頭式(shi)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)、U形(xing)管(guan)(guan)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)、填函式(shi)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)、雙(shuang)重管(guan)(guan)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)和(he)雙(shuang)管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)等,前3種(zhong)(zhong)應用比(bi)較普遍。

  管(guan)(guan)殼(ke)式換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)束由許(xu)多(duo)管(guan)(guan)子組成(cheng)(cheng),管(guan)(guan)束構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)面。為(wei)了(le)增(zeng)加流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)在管(guan)(guan)外空(kong)間(jian)的(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)速,以提高(gao)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)膜(mo)系數(shu)(shu),改善(shan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)情況,在筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)內間(jian)隔安裝(zhuang)了(le)許(xu)多(duo)折(zhe)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)擋(dang)板。換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)和兩側(ce)(ce)(ce)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)(對(dui)于(yu)偶(ou)數(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de),則在一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)側(ce)(ce)(ce))開有流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou),有時(shi)還在其(qi)上(shang)裝(zhuang)設檢查孔,為(wei)安置儀表用的(de)(de)接(jie)口(kou)管(guan)(guan)、排(pai)液孔和排(pai)氣孔等。在換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中,一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)種(zhong)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)從一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)側(ce)(ce)(ce)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)前(qian)(qian)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(xiang))流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)進(jin)管(guan)(guan)子里,經另一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)側(ce)(ce)(ce)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)后管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(xiang))流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)出(chu)(對(dui)奇數(shu)(shu)單(dan)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)),或繞過管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(xiang),流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)回進(jin)口(kou)側(ce)(ce)(ce)前(qian)(qian)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(xiang)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)出(chu)(對(dui)偶(ou)數(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)),流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)每(mei)(mei)通過管(guan)(guan)束一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)次稱為(wei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。另一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)種(zhong)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)從筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)上(shang)的(de)(de)連接(jie)管(guan)(guan)進(jin)出(chu)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)體(ti)(ti)(ti),流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)經管(guan)(guan)束外,每(mei)(mei)通過殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)次稱為(wei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。圖(tu)7.2(c)所示(shi)為(wei)二管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、單(dan)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)上(shang)稱為(wei)1-2型換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(此處1表示(shi)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)數(shu)(shu),2表示(shi)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)數(shu)(shu))。同樣,在換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)內加縱向擋(dang)板也能得到多(duo)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)結構(gou),見(jian)圖(tu)7.2(b)。
