一(yi)、爆破片概述


  爆(bao)破(po)片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)作用是在設(she)備或管(guan)(guan)道壓(ya)力(li)突然升(sheng)高(gao)尚未引起爆(bao)炸前,由于爆(bao)破(po)片(pian)兩(liang)側壓(ya)力(li)差達到預(yu)定溫(wen)度下的(de)(de)(de)預(yu)定值時,即先行(xing)破(po)裂,排出設(she)備或管(guan)(guan)道內的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)壓(ya)介質(zhi)。因此(ci)爆(bao)破(po)片(pian)是防止設(she)備或管(guan)(guan)道破(po)裂的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種安全(quan)泄放(fang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置。爆(bao)破(po)片(pian)安全(quan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置具有結(jie)構(gou)簡單(dan)、靈敏、準確、無泄漏、泄放(fang)能(neng)力(li)強等優點。能(neng)夠在黏稠、高(gao)溫(wen)、低溫(wen)、腐蝕的(de)(de)(de)環(huan)境下可靠(kao)地工(gong)作,還是超(chao)高(gao)壓(ya)容(rong)器的(de)(de)(de)理想安全(quan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置。

二(er)、爆破片的分類


  按照(zhao)結構型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)式來分(fen)類,爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)主(zhu)要有(you)(you)三種,即(ji)平板型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、正(zheng)(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)。平板型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)綜(zong)合性(xing)能較(jiao)差,主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)低壓和超低壓工況,尤其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是大型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)料倉(cang)。正(zheng)(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)應用(yong)場合較(jiao)多。對(dui)于(yu)傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)正(zheng)(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian),其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)工作原理(li)是利(li)用(yong)材料的(de)(de)拉伸(shen)強(qiang)度(du)來控制爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)壓力(li)(li),爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)出(chu)方向與壓力(li)(li)作用(yong)方向一致。在使用(yong)中發(fa)現,所有(you)(you)的(de)(de)正(zheng)(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)都存在相同的(de)(de)局限:爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)時,爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)碎片(pian)(pian)(pian)會(hui)進(jin)入泄(xie)放管道;由(you)(you)于(yu)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)中心厚度(du)被有(you)(you)意(yi)減弱,易于(yu)因疲勞(lao)而提前爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po);操(cao)作壓力(li)(li)不能超過爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)最(zui)小爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)壓力(li)(li)的(de)(de)65%,由(you)(you)此導(dao)致了反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)出(chu)現。這(zhe)種爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)利(li)用(yong)材料的(de)(de)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)來控制其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)壓力(li)(li),較(jiao)之傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)正(zheng)(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian),其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)具有(you)(you)抗疲勞(lao)性(xing)能優良、爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)時不產(chan)生碎片(pian)(pian)(pian)且(qie)操(cao)作壓力(li)(li)可達其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)最(zui)小爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)壓力(li)(li)90%以(yi)上的(de)(de)優點。細分(fen)之下,反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)包(bao)括(kuo)反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)刻(ke)槽(cao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)腭(e)齒型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)以(yi)及反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)刀架型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)等(deng)。


三(san)、爆破片的(de)特點


爆破片與安(an)全閥(fa)比較,具有結構簡單(dan)、靈敏、可靠、經(jing)濟(ji)、無泄漏、適用性(xing)強等優越性(xing),但也有其局限性(xing),其特點如下(xia):


(1)密(mi)封性能好,在(zai)設備正常(chang)工(gong)作壓力下能保持嚴密(mi)不漏。


(2)泄(xie)壓(ya)反(fan)應迅(xun)速,爆(bao)破片的動作一般在2~10ms內完成,而(er)安全(quan)閥則因為機械滯后(hou)作用,全(quan)部動作時間要高(gao)1~2個數量級。


(3)對黏稠性或粉末狀(zhuang)污(wu)物不敏感。即使氣體中含(han)有一定(ding)量的(de)污(wu)物也不致影響它的(de)正常動作,不像(xiang)安全閥那樣,容易(yi)黏結或堵塞。


(4)爆破元件(jian)(膜片(pian))動作后不能復位,不但設備內(nei)介質全部流失,設備也(ye)得中止運(yun)行。


(5)動作(zuo)壓(ya)力(li)(li)不(bu)太穩(wen)定,爆破片(pian)的(de)爆破壓(ya)力(li)(li)允(yun)許偏差一般都(dou)比安全閥的(de)穩(wen)定壓(ya)力(li)(li)允(yun)許偏差大一些。


(6)爆破片的使用壽命較短(duan),常因疲勞而早期(qi)失(shi)效。


四、爆破片的適用場所


(1)獨立的壓(ya)力(li)容器和/或壓(ya)力(li)管道系統設有安全閥、爆破片(pian)裝置或這二者的組(zu)合裝置。


(2)滿足下(xia)列(lie)情況之一應優先選(xuan)用(yong)爆(bao)破(po)片(pian):


   ①. 壓力有可(ke)能迅速上升的(de);


   ②. 泄(xie)放介質(zhi)含有顆粒、易沉淀、易結晶、易聚(ju)合(he)和(he)介質(zhi)黏度較大;


   ③. 泄放介質有強腐蝕性,使用安全閥時其價值很(hen)高;


   ④. 工(gong)藝(yi)介(jie)質十分昂貴或有劇毒,在工(gong)作過程中(zhong)不允許有任(ren)何(he)泄漏,應與安全閥串聯(lian)使用;


   ⑤. 工作壓力很低(di)或很高時,選用安全閥(fa)則其制造比較困難(nan);


   ⑥. 當使用溫度較(jiao)低而影響安全(quan)閥工作特性時;


   ⑦. 需要較(jiao)大泄放面積。


(3)對于一(yi)次性使用的管(guan)路系統(tong)(如開車吹掃的管(guan)路放(fang)空系統(tong)),爆(bao)(bao)破(po)片的破(po)裂(lie)不(bu)影響(xiang)操作和生產的場(chang)合,設置(zhi)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)片。


(4)為減少爆(bao)破片破裂(lie)后的工(gong)藝(yi)介質的損失,可(ke)與安全閥串聯使(shi)用。


(5)作(zuo)為壓力容(rong)器的(de)附加安全(quan)設施(shi),可與(yu)安全(quan)閥并聯使用,例如(ru)爆破(po)片僅用于火(huo)災情況下的(de)超(chao)壓泄放。


(6)為(wei)增加(jia)異常工況(如火災等)下的泄放面積(ji),爆破片可并聯使用(yong)。


(7)爆破片不適(shi)用于經常(chang)超壓和溫度波動很大的場合。


五、爆破片(pian)選(xuan)用程序


(1)確定被保護(hu)設備或(huo)壓力(li)管道系統是否需要設置(zhi)爆破片。


(2)根據(ju)工藝介質和操作條件(jian)確定爆破片(pian)的形式(shi)及材料。


(3)根據被保護管道系統的最高壓(ya)力(li)及選用的爆破(po)(po)片形式,按標(biao)準(zhun)規范確定(ding)爆破(po)(po)片的最小標(biao)定(ding)爆破(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li),設計爆破(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li)。


(4)根據工藝條(tiao)件(jian)、物理參(can)數計算爆(bao)破片的安全泄(xie)放量,選(xuan)定(ding)爆(bao)破片的泄(xie)放面(mian)積和泄(xie)放口(kou)徑。


(5)填寫爆破片裝(zhuang)置規格(ge)書,提供給(gei)材(cai)料采購專業,作為訂貨(huo)的(de)技術條(tiao)件。
