用于不銹鋼焊接的焊絲分為實芯焊絲和藥芯焊絲兩大(da)類(lei),其生產(chan)技術條件和制造工藝(yi)有較大(da)的差別,使用特點也各不(bu)相同。不(bu)銹鋼(gang)實(shi)芯焊(han)(han)絲(si)一般用于惰性氣體保(bao)護(hu)焊(han)(han)和埋弧焊(han)(han),不(bu)銹鋼(gang)藥芯焊(han)(han)絲(si)則(ze)用二氧化碳氣體保(bao)護(hu)焊(han)(han)、混合氣體保(bao)護(hu)焊(han)(han)和埋弧焊(han)(han)。


一、不(bu)銹鋼(gang)實芯焊絲
不銹鋼(gang)實(shi)芯焊(han)(han)(han)絲按焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)方法的不同,可分為氣體保護焊(han)(han)(han)用焊(han)(han)(han)絲和埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)用焊(han)(han)(han)絲。
1. 氣體保護焊用(yong)不銹鋼(gang)實芯焊絲的型(xing)號和牌號
根據YB/T 5092-1996《焊接(jie)用(yong)不銹鋼(gang)絲(si)》標準規定,不銹鋼(gang)焊絲(si)按焊絲(si)化(hua)學成分分類,焊接(jie)用(yong)不銹鋼(gang)焊絲(si)牌(pai)號的(de)表(biao)(biao)示方(fang)法為Hxxx,其(qi)中字(zi)母“H”表(biao)(biao)示焊接(jie)用(yong)焊絲(si);H后面的(de)一位或兩位數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示含碳量;再后面的(de)字(zi)母或數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示其(qi)他合(he)金(jin)元素(su)及其(qi)含量,與(yu)鋼(gang)材的(de)表(biao)(biao)示方(fang)法大致(zhi)相同(tong),如H00Cr21Ni10。
不銹鋼焊(han)絲(si)的牌(pai)號(hao)和(he)化學(xue)成分見表3-10,常(chang)用的不銹鋼氣(qi)體保(bao)護焊(han)實芯焊(han)絲(si)型號(hao)和(he)牌(pai)號(hao)與AWS(美(mei)國焊(han)接協會)的表示方法見表3-11。



2. 埋弧焊(han)用不銹鋼(gang)實(shi)芯焊(han)絲的型號和(he)牌(pai)號
GB/T 17854-1999《埋(mai)(mai)弧焊用不銹鋼焊絲(si)和(he)焊劑》中規定(ding)了埋(mai)(mai)弧焊用不銹鋼焊絲(si)的(de)化學成分(fen)、尺寸及焊絲(si)表面質量等(deng),并規定(ding)了焊絲(si)的(de)牌號(hao)按(an)YB/T5092-1996。
埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)用(yong)不(bu)銹鋼焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)的類別及(ji)牌號見表3-12。埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)用(yong)不(bu)銹鋼焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)的化學成分與母材成分基本相(xiang)近,只是焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)化學成分中(zhong)鉻、鎳含量要(yao)比母材金(jin)屬略高(gao)些,而(er)含碳量低于母材金(jin)屬。這主要(yao)是考慮(lv)到(dao)對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接過程中(zhong)合金(jin)元素燒損的補充和提高(gao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接接頭的耐腐(fu)蝕性能(neng)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接鐵素體(ti)型不(bu)銹鋼時(shi)(shi),可采(cai)用(yong)H1Cr17焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si);焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接馬氏(shi)體(ti)型不(bu)銹鋼時(shi)(shi),可采(cai)用(yong)H1Cr13焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si);焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接18-8型奧氏(shi)體(ti)不(bu)銹鋼時(shi)(shi),可采(cai)用(yong)H0Cr21Ni10焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si);焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接超(chao)低碳18-8型奧氏(shi)體(ti)不(bu)銹鋼時(shi)(shi),采(cai)用(yong)H00Cr21Ni10或H00Cr19Ni12Mo2焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)。

二、不銹(xiu)鋼藥(yao)芯(xin)焊絲
不銹鋼藥(yao)芯(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)就是薄帶鋼在(zai)(zai)卷成(cheng)圓形或異形管的(de)同時,往里填充一定成(cheng)分的(de)藥(yao)粉,經(jing)(jing)拉制而成(cheng)的(de)一種焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)。所(suo)以,藥(yao)芯(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)也稱管狀焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si),是新發(fa)展(zhan)起(qi)來的(de)高(gao)效率(lv)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)材料(liao)。可以說,藥(yao)芯(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)既具有藥(yao)皮焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)的(de)配方可調(diao)性,同時又具有二(er)氧化碳焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)連(lian)續焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)的(de)優點(dian)。藥(yao)芯(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)與焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)及(ji)實芯(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)一樣,已經(jing)(jing)成(cheng)為(wei)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)加(jia)工的(de)主(zhu)要材料(liao),在(zai)(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)材中所(suo)占的(de)比重(zhong)逐年增加(jia),國外已經(jing)(jing)達到30%~40%,我國僅達到0.2%~0.3%。
藥(yao)芯焊(han)絲(si)的(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)類按(an)其保護氣體(ti)來分,可分為(wei)二氧化碳(tan)氣體(ti)保護、混(hun)合氣體(ti)保護和(he)無保護(自保護)三種(zhong)(zhong)。按(an)其有(you)無造渣功(gong)能來分,可分為(wei)“藥(yao)粉(fen)造渣型(xing)”和(he)“金(jin)(jin)屬造渣型(xing)”兩(liang)種(zhong)(zhong);按(an)造渣的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)質(zhi)來分,可分為(wei)“鈦型(xing)”(酸性(xing)(xing))、“鈦鈣(gai)型(xing)”(中性(xing)(xing)或(huo)弱酸性(xing)(xing))和(he)“鈣(gai)型(xing)”(酸性(xing)(xing))三種(zhong)(zhong)。此(ci)外,還有(you)一些(xie)藥(yao)芯焊(han)絲(si)只是作為(wei)輸(shu)送(song)合金(jin)(jin)成(cheng)分的(de)(de)載體(ti),而無工藝性(xing)(xing)能方(fang)面的(de)(de)要求,配以專(zhuan)用的(de)(de)焊(han)劑或(huo)保護氣體(ti)(大多為(wei)Ar氣)進行焊(han)接或(huo)堆焊(han)(埋弧焊(han)或(huo)鎢(wu)極氬弧焊(han))。
藥芯(xin)(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)、實芯(xin)(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)相比具有(you)生產效率高(gao),周期(qi)(qi)短,綜合生產成本(ben)低,焊(han)(han)(han)接質量(liang)(liang)好和調整熔敷(fu)金屬成分方便(bian)等(deng)特點。藥芯(xin)(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)是一種(zhong)很有(you)發展前途的焊(han)(han)(han)接材料(liao)。20世紀50年代初期(qi)(qi),歐洲首(shou)先(xian)開發了這種(zhong)焊(han)(han)(han)接材料(liao),60年代美國研制成Φ2.0mm、Φ2.4mm的低碳鋼(gang)和490MPa級別鋼(gang)用的藥芯(xin)(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)。近年來,國外藥芯(xin)(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)無論在品種(zhong)類型上(shang),還(huan)是在質量(liang)(liang)和產量(liang)(liang)上(shang)都已達到(dao)相當規模,并且仍在發展。
1. 不銹鋼藥芯焊(han)絲型號(hao)
根(gen)據GB/T 17853-1999《不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)藥(yao)芯焊絲》的規(gui)定,不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)藥(yao)芯焊絲型號依據熔敷(fu)金(jin)屬化學成分、焊接位置、保護類(lei)型、電流(liu)類(lei)型進行(xing)劃(hua)分。
不(bu)銹鋼藥芯(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)型號的(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)方(fang)法為:E(或(huo)R)×××T×-×,如(ru)E308MoT0-3、R347T1-5等。其(qi)中字(zi)(zi)母(mu)“E”表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si);字(zi)(zi)母(mu)“R”表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)填充焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si);字(zi)(zi)母(mu)“T”表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)藥芯(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si);字(zi)(zi)母(mu)“E(或(huo)R)”后面的(de)xxx(前兩位或(huo)四位數(shu)字(zi)(zi))表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)熔(rong)敷金屬的(de)化(hua)學(xue)成分分類代號,具(ju)體(ti)內容(rong)見GB/T 17853-1999《不(bu)銹鋼藥芯(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)》;如(ru)有特殊要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)化(hua)學(xue)成分,將其(qi)元素符號附加在數(shu)字(zi)(zi)后面,或(huo)者用(yong)“L”表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)碳含量較(jiao)低,用(yong)“H”表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)碳含量較(jiao)高(gao),用(yong)“K”表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)應用(yong)于(yu)低溫(wen)環(huan)境;第四位x表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)適用(yong)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接位置(zhi),“0”表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)于(yu)平焊(han)(han)(han)(han)和橫焊(han)(han)(han)(han),“1”表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)于(yu)全位置(zhi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han);半字(zi)(zi)符“-”后面的(de)x(第五(wu)位數(shu)字(zi)(zi))表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接方(fang)法、保護氣體(ti)及焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接電流類型。
常用不銹鋼(gang)(gang)藥(yao)(yao)芯焊(han)絲牌(pai)號與型(xing)號見表3-13,不銹鋼(gang)(gang)藥(yao)(yao)芯焊(han)絲配用的(de)保護氣體及焊(han)接方法見表3-14。不銹鋼(gang)(gang)藥(yao)(yao)芯焊(han)絲型(xing)號舉例:


2. 不銹鋼藥芯焊(han)絲牌號
目前(qian)國內企(qi)業使用的(de)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼藥(yao)芯(xin)焊絲牌(pai)號(hao)較多(duo),多(duo)與企(qi)業名(ming)稱有關(guan),并不(bu)統一。典型的(de)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼藥(yao)芯(xin)焊絲牌(pai)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)方法為YB(或YA)××× -× 。其(qi)中字母(mu)“Y”表(biao)示(shi)(shi)藥(yao)芯(xin)焊絲,字母(mu)“B”表(biao)示(shi)(shi)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼,字母(mu)“A”表(biao)示(shi)(shi)奧氏體(ti)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼,字母(mu)“YB”(YA)后面的(de)×××與不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼焊條(tiao)牌(pai)號(hao)基本相同。
三、對焊絲(si)外形的要求
焊絲表面應光滑(hua),不(bu)得有銹蝕、氧化(hua)皮(pi)和其他有害于使(shi)用(yong)的(de)缺陷。但(dan)允許有深度不(bu)超過直徑偏差之(zhi)半的(de)劃傷及(ji)不(bu)超過直徑偏差的(de)局部缺陷。
①. 實(shi)芯焊絲
不銹鋼實芯焊(han)絲的直徑一般(ban)有(you)以(yi)下幾種規格:1.0mm,1.2mm,1.6mm,2.0mm,2.4mm,3.2mm和4.0mm。
直徑(jing)為(wei)3.2mm和(he)4.0mm的(de)焊(han)絲用于埋弧焊(han),每盤重量(liang)為(wei)30kg;直徑(jing)小(xiao)于3.2mm的(de)焊(han)絲,每盤重量(liang)為(wei)15kg。

②. 藥芯焊絲
不銹鋼藥芯(xin)焊(han)絲的(de)直徑一般有以下幾種(zhong)規格:1.0mm,1.2mm,1.6mm,2.0mm,2.4mm,3.2mm,和4.0mm。
直徑(jing)為3.2mm和4.0mm的焊(han)絲(si)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)埋弧焊(han),每盤(pan)重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)為30kg直徑(jing)小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)3.2mm的焊(han)絲(si),每盤(pan)重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)為15kg。
四、焊絲的存放與保管
不(bu)銹鋼焊絲不(bu)得與(yu)油脂一類的物品存放的一起,應存放離地面及墻壁為300mm、干燥的貨架上,并有明(ming)顯準確的標(biao)記(ji)。未(wei)用完(wan)的焊絲應捆扎(zha)好,不(bu)得松(song)弛(chi),要及時收回(hui)存放在干燥、無油污的地方,并標(biao)記(ji)清(qing)楚,以備再用。
