合成塔筒體采用材料為321不銹鋼制作,板厚12mm,筒體直徑940mm,長9m.工作壓力1.76MPa,溫度≤530℃.筒體焊后要求焊縫總長25%進行X射線探傷檢測。
筒(tong)(tong)體縱(zong)縫、環縫的(de)坡(po)口(kou)形(xing)式均為V形(xing),如圖5-4所示。坡(po)口(kou)用機械(xie)加工方(fang)法或用碳弧氣刨(bao)加工,氣刨(bao)后的(de)坡(po)口(kou)表面要清除(chu)熔(rong)渣,并(bing)打磨光(guang)亮。筒(tong)(tong)體所有縱(zong)、環縫的(de)坡(po)口(kou)開(kai)在(zai)(zai)筒(tong)(tong)內,鈍邊開(kai)在(zai)(zai)筒(tong)(tong)外(wai)(wai)。其優點是焊根在(zai)(zai)筒(tong)(tong)外(wai)(wai),便于碳弧氣刨(bao)進行清根操作,另外(wai)(wai),氣刨(bao)產生的(de)熔(rong)渣不粘(zhan)在(zai)(zai)筒(tong)(tong)體內壁上,保證筒(tong)(tong)體光(guang)潔,提高耐腐蝕性。

筒(tong)體(ti)成形后裝配定(ding)位(wei)焊(han),每隔(ge)200~250mm定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)25mm,定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)縫高度為(wei)4~5mm.施(shi)焊(han)順序如圖5-5所示(shi)。先在筒(tong)體(ti)內焊(han)第(di)1和(he)第(di)2道(第(di)1層),這兩(liang)道焊(han)縫的起焊(han)和(he)終止端應相(xiang)反。

然后(hou)在筒外清根,再焊(han)(han)第(di)3和第(di)4道(dao)(第(di)2層(ceng)(ceng))。同樣注意各道(dao)之間的(de)焊(han)(han)接方向要相反。這樣焊(han)(han)波錯開(kai)避免夾渣(zha)。焊(han)(han)條不要做橫向擺動,對準中心線焊(han)(han)接。清根時在筒外用碳(tan)弧氣(qi)刨(bao)進行,碳(tan)棒直(zhi)徑(jing)8mm,電流250~300A,碳(tan)棒與焊(han)(han)縫夾角45°,刨(bao)槽深度4mm,將第(di)1層(ceng)(ceng)焊(han)(han)道(dao)根部可能有缺(que)陷的(de)金屬全部創除,刨(bao)后(hou)清理熔(rong)渣(zha)。第(di)3、4層(ceng)(ceng)焊(han)(han)道(dao)焊(han)(han)完(wan)后(hou),最后(hou)在筒體內焊(han)(han)接與腐蝕(shi)介(jie)質接觸的(de)第(di)5、6層(ceng)(ceng)焊(han)(han)道(dao)。
環縫在(zai)筒(tong)體(ti)外部進行點固,點牢之后將(jiang)筒(tong)體(ti)吊放(fang)在(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)胎上,焊(han)(han)工在(zai)筒(tong)內焊(han)(han)接(jie),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)胎轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動開(kai)關在(zai)面罩上,由焊(han)(han)工自(zi)己控(kong)制轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動速度,邊(bian)焊(han)(han)邊(bian)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),保(bao)持平焊(han)(han)位(wei)置,施(shi)焊(han)(han)次序(xu)與(yu)縱縫要求相同(tong)。第1道焊(han)(han)接(jie)時采用焊(han)(han)條直徑4mm,焊(han)(han)接(jie)電流120~140A.其他(ta)各(ge)道焊(han)(han)接(jie)電流為130~150A.
