據悉,寶鋼(gang)德盛不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)技術中心(xin)全自動(dong)快分系統自2021年(nian)4月陸(lu)續開始設備進(jin)廠(chang)安裝調(diao)試以來,克服各種困(kun)難完(wan)成了自動(dong)化系統集成工(gong)作,經(jing)過各子(zi)系統的單(dan)獨運(yun)行(xing)考核,已于2022年(nian)3月底開始上線(xian)試運(yun)行(xing)。
該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要由全自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)風動(dong)(dong)(dong)送樣(yang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、制(zhi)樣(yang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、分析系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、數據傳輸系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化配套(tao)單元及軟(ruan)件控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等(deng)組成。整(zheng)套(tao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用全自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)運行模式,對(dui)接4臺直讀光譜儀和2臺熒(ying)光分析儀。從樣(yang)品登記進入系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)后(hou)(hou),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)完(wan)成樣(yang)品傳送,傳送至(zhi)實(shi)驗室(shi)收發柜后(hou)(hou)樣(yang)盒(he)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)開蓋進而完(wan)成制(zhi)樣(yang)、判(pan)斷、分析、存檔(dang)、數據管理和上傳等(deng)功能,全程實(shi)現(xian)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化、無(wu)人化。
該系(xi)(xi)統主要承擔(dan)煉鋼(gang)東區、高爐生產過程中樣品的快速分(fen)析任務,由上海立潤機電設備有限公司制(zhi)造和集成,其中,關鍵分(fen)析設備采用賽默飛世爾的ARL8860直讀光譜(pu)儀和ARL9900熒光分(fen)析儀,并配套專用的SMS3500控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統,保證分(fen)析精度。
系統(tong)包括十五套(tao)風動送樣(yang)(yang)(yang),管(guan)道總長達7200米,實(shi)現(xian)4#高爐、AOD、VOD、BOF、LF、CC等多工(gong)位樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)直送實(shi)驗室,完全取代人工(gong)送樣(yang)(yang)(yang);樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)到站后(hou)自(zi)動接(jie)樣(yang)(yang)(yang),試樣(yang)(yang)(yang)炮彈(dan)開蓋(gai),樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)冷卻后(hou)經(jing)皮帶傳送至3500系統(tong),3500機械手(shou)將樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)傳送至相(xiang)應(ying)的制樣(yang)(yang)(yang)及分析(xi)設(she)備,自(zi)動識(shi)別(bie)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)加工(gong)效果,實(shi)現(xian)標(biao)準選點激發動作,保證分析(xi)條件一(yi)致(zhi)性(xing),提高分析(xi)精度;樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)分析(xi)數(shu)(shu)據經(jing)Lims實(shi)驗室數(shu)(shu)據管(guan)理系統(tong)返回至委托(tuo)單元(yuan),同時(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)經(jing)皮帶傳送至激光自(zi)動打標(biao)存(cun)檔單元(yuan)。
系統上線試運行后,已陸續完成Q195、Q235、410不(bu)銹鋼、430不銹鋼、304不銹鋼等多鋼種的日常分析任務,分析人員只需在主控臺上查看,無需手動接樣、制樣、分析,工作強度大幅度下降;技術團隊目前集中精力跟蹤自動化運行,期望在滿足國家標準規定分析精度的基礎上,力爭與太鋼的分析精度相當,分析時間碳鋼≤180s、不銹鋼≤210s,自動化可開動率≥99.5%,更好的服務生產現場。
