近日(ri),馬(ma)(ma)鋼(gang)四鋼(gang)軋(ya)總廠傳來佳訊,轉爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)生產獲得重大(da)性(xing)突(tu)破——馬(ma)(ma)鋼(gang)首創的“轉爐(lu)全周期一(yi)(yi)鍵精準控制模型”經過全周期一(yi)(yi)鍵冶(ye)煉(lian)(lian)熱試(shi)取得圓滿成功,標志著馬(ma)(ma)鋼(gang)承擔的“寶武鋼(gang)鐵工業大(da)腦-智能煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)項目”繼煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)柔(rou)性(xing)智能排(pai)程系統后(hou)再(zai)獲階段性(xing)成果,馬(ma)(ma)鋼(gang)轉爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)智能化發展再(zai)邁(mai)關(guan)鍵一(yi)(yi)步(bu)。


  自(zi)(zi)寶武鋼(gang)鐵工業大腦戰略性計劃啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)以來,經過一年多時(shi)間的探(tan)索(suo)實踐,馬鋼(gang)智能(neng)煉(lian)鋼(gang)項目團(tuan)隊深(shen)度融合人工智能(neng)與鋼(gang)鐵冶煉(lian)流(liu)程。截至2023年底,轉爐冶煉(lian)各(ge)大工序均已完成自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化操作,包括一鍵(jian)煉(lian)鋼(gang)、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)出鋼(gang)、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)加合金、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)倒渣、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)濺渣等子項目的全流(liu)程攻關,為全周(zhou)期一鍵(jian)冶煉(lian)的熱試成功夯(hang)實基礎。


  在(zai)“轉爐全周(zhou)期一鍵(jian)精準控制模型”開發(fa)(fa)過程中,馬(ma)鋼運營改善(shan)部牽頭,煉鋼智(zhi)能(neng)團隊攻堅克難、逐點突破,在(zai)生產、設(she)備、自(zi)動化(hua)技術等(deng)方面的緊密配合下,實(shi)地解決多項技術難題。整個開發(fa)(fa)過程中取得(de)了包括轉爐全周(zhou)期一鍵(jian)冶煉實(shi)時(shi)視頻聯動、擋渣錐(zhui)節流效果的AI識別(bie)(bie)判定、基于(yu)實(shi)時(shi)溫度(du)的鋼渣精準檢(jian)測判定、基于(yu)“云數(shu)據三(san)(san)維建(jian)模+三(san)(san)重積分+AI識別(bie)(bie)”的定角度(du)自(zi)動倒渣、自(zi)處置自(zi)動濺渣模式(shi)等(deng)多個技術成(cheng)果,并基于(yu)此申(shen)報多項發(fa)(fa)明專(zhuan)利。


  全流程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一鍵(jian)(jian)冶(ye)煉(lian)項目基(ji)于轉(zhuan)爐冶(ye)煉(lian)各流程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)智能(neng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)或一鍵(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)填平(ping)補齊和自(zi)主(zhu)開發,通過構(gou)建“全周(zhou)期一鍵(jian)(jian)”模型(xing),以智能(neng)化(hua)手(shou)段(duan)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了轉(zhuan)爐從吹煉(lian)開始到氬站處(chu)理(li)結束的(de)生產(chan)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)全流程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)自(zi)轉(zhuan)接、自(zi)執行、自(zi)調整(zheng)的(de)完整(zheng)“一鍵(jian)(jian)化(hua)”,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了整(zheng)個轉(zhuan)爐生產(chan)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)全周(zhou)期一鍵(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),最終達(da)到了“過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)穩定、終點精(jing)(jing)準”的(de)現(xian)(xian)代化(hua)大型(xing)轉(zhuan)爐冶(ye)煉(lian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)目標(biao)。“轉(zhuan)爐全周(zhou)期一鍵(jian)(jian)精(jing)(jing)準控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)模型(xing)”通過裝(zhuang)備升級,利用大數(shu)據的(de)分(fen)析挖掘與歷史數(shu)據分(fen)析迭代,深度(du)挖掘數(shu)據內部隱藏的(de)變化(hua)因(yin)素,提升模型(xing)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)水(shui)(shui)平(ping)和轉(zhuan)爐檢(jian)測能(neng)力(li)、監控(kong)(kong)精(jing)(jing)度(du),最終實(shi)現(xian)(xian)轉(zhuan)爐全周(zhou)期的(de)一鍵(jian)(jian)精(jing)(jing)準穩定控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),使得(de)轉(zhuan)爐工序效率(lv)、成本、初煉(lian)鋼水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)量等主(zhu)要經濟(ji)技術指標(biao)均(jun)得(de)到明顯提升。


  馬鋼率先探(tan)索(suo)實踐的“轉爐全周(zhou)期(qi)一鍵(jian)精準控(kong)制(zhi)模型”熱試成(cheng)功不(bu)僅是(shi)一項階(jie)段性成(cheng)果,更是(shi)以“四化”為方(fang)向指引的新征程、新起點。
